Thank you to everyone who joined us on December 7th for a virtual town hall focusing on how to use advocacy to help put an end to horrific #MoDOC conditions that have led to over 126 deaths this year. We heard personal accounts and discussed using FOIA and the legislature to take action!
Panelists included Missouri Prison Reform Executive Director Lori Curry; Jones Advocacy Group's Sharon Jones; Bryan Seddens, a formerly incarcerated juvenile sentenced to life without parole; ACLU of Missouri Senior Staff Attorney Jessie Steffan and Moderated by Michelle Smith of Missourians for Alternatives to the Death Penalty.
